Leonard & Lisa Snart's Mother - Flashpoint: Citizen Cold

The late mother of Leonard and Lisa Snart, she suffered a long history of abuse at the hands of her husband, CCPD Officer, Lawrence Snart. 

Seeking to escape his mistreatment, she became addicted to narcotics supplied to her by Jack Monteleone - a local dealer who rose to prominence to become Central City's drug kingpin, - which would result in her dying from an overdose. 

With her passing, there was no one left to protect Leonard and Lisa from their father's violence. Her death also influenced Leonard to grow up despising drugs and drug dealers.

After assuming the mantle of Citizen Cold, he sought revenge for his mother by killing both Jack and his younger brother, Joey, aka Tar-Pit.
