Despair's Ring - The Sandman: Season One

Despair's Hooked Ring, the sigil of the Queen of Despair herself, is found hanging in the Galleries of her siblings. This tool is used by the other Endless to contact their sister. While there are six exact copies of the ring, she wears the original.

In times of heightened emotion, she uses the barbed hook to tear at the flesh on her face, causing deep wounds that surprisingly draw no blood.

Desire's Heart - The Sandman: Season One

Desire’s Heart, a piece of glass cut into the shape of a stylised heart, is the signatory of Desire. It is located in the Galleries of his six siblings.

The Heart changes colour when used to summon or communicate with its master, clearly showing their face across the reflective surface.

Desire's Gallery - The Sandman: Season One

Situated in the beating heart of The Threshold, Desire's Gallery is where Desire spends most of their time plotting the downfall of their elder brother, Dream.

The Gallery houses the five sigils of the Endless, as well as an empty niche to represent the abdicated 'prodigal'. From within their private chambers, they can call upon their siblings.

Dream's Gallery - The Sandman: Season One

Located in the lower levels of his palace in The Dreaming, Dream's Gallery is a sparse and grand room, lit by braziers.

Just like the galleries of his siblings, it houses identical replicas of their badges of office: the ankh, the book, a fluid swirl of colour, the barbed ring, and the glass heart. Dream can use these to communicate with their respective entities.
